I’ve always been drawn to people’s stories. Since graduating with a journalism degree in 2018, storytelling has been at the heart of everything I do.

I’ve had the privilege of working with incredible storytellers in the charity sector, and I now host a podcast where people share their experiences with health, mental wellbeing, and life’s biggest moments.

There isn’t a topic I shy away from, and I care deeply about creating a space where people feel comfortable being heard.

My approach is relaxed and natural, no pressure, no rigid scripts. Just a conversation. I focus on capturing people as they are: real, honest, and unfiltered.

Above all, I’m compassionate and genuinely committed to helping you tell your story in a way that feels true to you.

Choosing your package
Start by selecting the package that feels right for you. If you have something different in mind reach out and we can discuss.

Booking your recording
Once you’ve chosen your package, head to the Book Now section and fill in your details. If you have any preferred dates, you can include them here. I’ll then be in touch to arrange a call and plan everything with you.

Please note: recordings currently take place on weekends, and a small travel fee will apply for anything over 20 miles away.

Deposit
After our call, I’ll send over an invoice. A 50% deposit secures your booking, with the remaining balance due once you’ve reviewed your final draft.

Our planning call
Before your recording, we’ll have a relaxed conversation to plan everything together. We’ll go through the kind of questions or life ‘chapters’ you’d like to explore, and you can let me know if there’s anything you’d prefer not to include.

Everything is completely flexible and nothing is included without your say-so.

We can also talk about any personal touches you’d like to add, such as photographs, music, reading a letter, or anything else meaningful to you. This is your story, and the experience is completely tailored to you.

If you’d like, family members can also submit questions for you to answer.

A comfortable setting
I’ll bring everything needed for the recording, so there’s nothing for you to worry about. All you need is a space in your home where you feel comfortable. If you’ve chosen a video recording, a well-lit area works best, but I’ll guide you on this when I arrive.

A relaxed session
Each session can last up to four hours, including breaks, giving us plenty of time to move through your story at a natural pace. There’s no pressure at all; we can pause whenever you need to.

For special requests, session length may vary depending on what you have in mind.

Your story, your pace
We’ll usually begin with your early life and gently move through to the present day. You can share as little or as much as you’d like. There’s no right or wrong way to tell your story.

Shaping your story
Your recording will be carefully edited into beautifully personalised chapters, with royalty-free music included if you’d like. The finished piece will feel like a mini podcast or home-style documentary, thoughtfully edited to flow naturally and capture your story in the most meaningful way.

The final recording is usually around 90 minutes long, though this may vary for special-request packages.

Reviewing your memoir
You’ll receive your edited memoir within six weeks of the recording. This is your opportunity to watch or listen through and request any changes. One round of amendments is included.

Your finished keepsake
Once you’re happy with everything, your memoir will be sent to you in a special branded box, along with a USB drive, a digital copy, and photos from the recording day.

Every edit is done with care, with the aim of preserving your story in a way that still feels true to you.

Your memoir will then be complete and ready to share, if and when you choose, with your nearest and dearest.

I would have been over the moon to receive something like this from my grandad, so please never feel that your story isn’t important. It will mean everything to your loved ones, now and for generations to come.
